Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Node.js and Go
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform and Jenkins
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Architect cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct performance testing and implement caching strategies for 10K+ RPS systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js/Go
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven patterns
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest) and TDD methodologies
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with FinTech or high-throughput transaction systems preferred
