Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional and usability issues
- Document defects with detailed steps, screenshots, and severity levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve bugs
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test scripts
- Analyze test results to provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
- Maintain and enhance QA documentation and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in manual testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation
