Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and design test scenarios
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct usability testing sessions and provide detailed feedback for UX improvements
- Analyze test results and generate comprehensive QA reports with actionable insights
- Maintain and improve test documentation, including test cases and user acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software testing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and programming languages
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
- Experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent QA certification a plus
