- Implement continuous improvement strategies for QA processes
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and review ceremonies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA/testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and frameworks
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
