Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear prioritization
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium/Cypress
- Collaborate with developers to implement CI/CD pipeline testing strategies
- Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality metrics to stakeholders
- Maintain test documentation and QA process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with SaaS/Web applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with SQL and database validation techniques
- Familiarity with agile/Scrum development processes
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or ISTQB certification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
