Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Identify, document, and track defects with precision using JIRA and Bugzilla
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing on web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Analyze test metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Expertise in API testing with Postman and RESTful services
- Proficiency in SQL for database validation and testing
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- ISTQB or CSTE certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
