Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize AI prompts for maximum accuracy and relevance across LLM platforms
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for enterprise clients and internal AI products
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompt engineering
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt lifecycle management
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to improve response quality
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering methodologies and tool usage
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and prompt optimization techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI content strategy
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production-level LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Strong understanding of NLP principles and transformer architecture
- Expertise in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Haystack)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Experience with MLOps tools and prompt versioning systems
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable prompts
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
