Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine AI prompts to optimize model outputs for accuracy, creativity, and user intent
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and best practices for cross-functional deployment
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune LLM behavior and performance metrics
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt usage across organizational teams
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to measure impact on user engagement and task completion
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and techniques to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused technical roles
- Expertise with GPT, Claude, or enterprise LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Strong Python programming skills for automation and prompt testing frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt optimization case studies with measurable results
- Excellent written communication ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD pipelines
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related technical field
