Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve specific business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iterative optimization of prompt structures to improve response accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into our AI product development lifecycle.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of high-quality prompt templates for various use cases (customer support, content generation, code assistance).
- Evaluate model outputs against quality benchmarks and implement guardrails to prevent hallucinations and ensure safety.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, AI content creation, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of how LLMs work, including concepts like fine-tuning, context windows, and temperature parameters.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, style, and tone.
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Jasper to drive business results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot AI output issues.
