Responsibilities
- Design and refine high-precision prompts for various LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize output quality and accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analysis of different prompt engineering strategies to optimize model performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to integrate prompt-based logic into scalable AI systems.
- Maintain and update a library of effective prompt templates for diverse use cases, from customer service to content generation.
- Analyze user feedback and AI response patterns to iteratively improve model behavior and user satisfaction.
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and best practices for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Prompt Engineering, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex prompt structures.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), their architecture, and limitations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and creative nuance.
