Responsibilities
- Model Optimization: Design and implement advanced prompt engineering strategies for Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4, Claude, and PaLM.
- Workflow Automation: Create robust AI agents and automated workflows that reduce manual intervention and increase operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and A/B testing of prompt variations to minimize hallucinations and improve response accuracy.
- Template Management: Develop and maintain a centralized library of reusable prompt templates for various business departments.
- Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists and Product Managers to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Documentation: Write detailed technical documentation and guides for internal teams on prompt best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI, NLP, or Prompt Engineering roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with APIs for LLMs.
- Model Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures and fine-tuning processes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
