Responsibilities

- Develop reusable prompt libraries and engineering frameworks for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing to measure prompt effectiveness and refine outputs
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt engineering
- Train stakeholders on prompt optimization techniques for specific use cases
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and contribute to innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI model interaction design
- Proven track record of deploying production-level prompt solutions
- Expertise in Python and API integration for AI systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex AI outputs
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and parameter optimization
