Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify business opportunities and risks
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Partner with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve conversion rates
- Create predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and documentation processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Certification in Google Analytics, AWS, or Microsoft Azure a plus
