Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the user journey.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and creating user personas.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
