Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for large language models
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing to evaluate prompt performance and refine outputs
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behaviors through strategic prompting
- Document prompt engineering best practices and create reusable prompt libraries
- Analyze user interaction data to identify opportunities for prompt enhancement
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering principles and implementation techniques
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and integrate cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-related roles
- Expertise with LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, and open-source alternatives
- Strong Python skills with experience in data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into precise prompt structures
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and prompt versioning systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
