Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Install and configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document technical procedures using ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Provide Tier 1 support to 500+ employees via phone, chat, and remote access
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and compliance audits

Qualifications
