Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for large language models
- Develop iterative prompt frameworks for complex enterprise AI applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into prompt strategies
- Establish and maintain prompt engineering best practices across organization
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering workflows
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and prompt optimization techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready LLM solutions
- Expertise in Python and prompt frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ML deployment pipelines
