Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems aligned with WCAG standards
- Collaborate with developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to our design system library and component library
- Track UX metrics and continuously improve user experiences
Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ UX/UI projects (academic/personal projects accepted)
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Strong visual design principles and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional agile teams
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach
- Passion for accessibility and inclusive design
