Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems in a Windows/macOS environment
- Assist with network connectivity, security protocols, and cloud service administration
- Document support tickets, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives including cybersecurity awareness campaigns
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist with asset lifecycle management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CompTIA A+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting and software installation
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends for system maintenance
- Valid driver's license required for occasional on-site support
