Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to define test criteria
- Conduct regression testing for product updates and releases
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium/Java
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in QA testing with SaaS/Web applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation testing
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
