- Analyze prompt performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering methodologies and tools
- Stay current with emerging AI architectures and prompt optimization techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused roles
- Proficiency with Python and AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Demonstrable portfolio of prompt optimization projects with measurable results
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating AI output quality and bias
- Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
