Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate advanced prompts for GPT-4, Claude 3, and proprietary LLMs
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for healthcare and financial services domains
- Conduct A/B testing and quantitative analysis of prompt performance
- Create documentation and best practices for enterprise prompt libraries
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt optimization techniques
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate prompts into production AI systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proven portfolio of complex prompt projects with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in Python and REST API integration for LLMs
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Certification in AWS/Azure ML or equivalent cloud AI platform
- Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow
- Background in regulated industries (healthcare/finance) preferred
