Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced prompt strategies for LLMs and generative AI systems
- Develop test frameworks to evaluate prompt effectiveness and output quality
- Collaborate with AI researchers to translate complex requirements into executable prompts
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and create reusable prompt libraries
- Analyze user interaction data to continuously refine prompt performance
- Train stakeholders on prompt best practices and ethical AI usage
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of prompt engineering or NLP experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Strong background in machine learning or computational linguistics
- Expertise in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
