Responsibilities

- Conduct A/B testing to quantify prompt performance improvements
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and best practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years in NLP, machine learning, or prompt engineering roles
- Expertise in LLM architectures (transformers, attention mechanisms)
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose model limitations
- Experience in regulated industries (HIPAA, FINRA) preferred
