Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and refine AI prompts for large language models (GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for specialized industry applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions in logistics and energy sectors
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering workflows
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP
- Proficiency with GPT-4, Claude, or similar LLM platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
- Knowledge of Arctic industry applications preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
