Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create, refine, and iterate on complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4, Claude, and Bard to maximize output quality.
- Evaluation & Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and quality assurance on AI responses to ensure accuracy, safety, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Framework Development: Build and maintain internal prompt libraries and templates for various use cases ranging from customer service automation to content generation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and UX designers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing products.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, prompt engineering techniques, and AI ethics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or data science with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API, Hugging Face). Familiarity with Python scripting is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and nuance.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex prompts and troubleshoot model hallucinations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field.
