Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain network security protocols (firewalls, VPNs)
- Manage Active Directory, cloud services (Azure/O365), and backup systems
- Lead IT infrastructure upgrades and technology refresh projects
- Provide Tier 2-3 support for critical business applications
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
