Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop systems across 200+ endpoints
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty management
- Lead IT security initiatives including patch management and endpoint protection
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and system issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Relevant Associate's degree or equivalent technical training
