Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise systems
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including VPN setup, firewall management, and endpoint protection
- Lead IT projects including system migrations, hardware refreshes, and software upgrades
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team/client use
- Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with Windows Server 2019+ and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Network+ certifications required
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications (O365, G-Suite)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train non-technical users
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license (occasional client site visits required)
