Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and manage Windows/macOS environments across 200+ endpoints
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Lead IT infrastructure projects including cloud migrations
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct user training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Excellent communication abilities with non-technical stakeholders
