Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement and maintain Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure
- Lead IT projects including network upgrades and security protocol deployments
- Provide remote and on-site technical support with SLA adherence
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and software licensing
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA/GDPR security standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SCCM deployment
- Strong experience with Azure AD and Microsoft Intune
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics tools
- Customer service mindset with ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client site visits
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
