Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 environments with precision
- Deploy and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions
- Lead endpoint management through SCCM and Intune platforms
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with security team on vulnerability remediation
- Mentor junior support staff on troubleshooting best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration (2016/2019)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills with technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work occasional off-hours for maintenance
