Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and manage Windows/macOS environments with Active Directory integration
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Optimize cloud services including AWS/Azure and SaaS applications
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Train staff on emerging technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows/macOS expertise
- CompTIA Security+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or similar platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across network and application layers
- Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to travel to satellite offices
