Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for 500+ federal employees across DC metro area
- Manage and optimize enterprise systems including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD
- Lead cybersecurity incident response and vulnerability remediation initiatives
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure modernization projects
- Train users on new technologies and security best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in regulated environments
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification (required)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
