Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement and maintain network security protocols including firewalls and endpoint protection
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to 50+ corporate clients
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
- Lead IT projects including system migrations and disaster recovery drills
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis of complex issues
- Excellent customer service with ability to translate technical concepts
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
