Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues via remote and on-site support
- Implement security protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for hardware maintenance tasks
