Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues
- Design and implement secure network infrastructure solutions
- Lead cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure) with zero downtime
- Develop IT policies and disaster recovery plans
- Manage endpoint security and vulnerability assessments
- Mentor junior support staff and document SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows/macOS expertise
- CompTIA Security+ and/or CCNA certification required
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, and SCCM
- Experience with VoIP systems and network troubleshooting
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
