Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ users across hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and O365 environments with expertise in identity management
- Deploy and maintain virtual infrastructure using VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Lead IT security initiatives including endpoint protection and vulnerability patching
- Document SOPs, create knowledge base articles, and conduct training sessions
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with Windows 10/11 and enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system and ITIL best practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance and installation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
