Your Role
As an IT Support Specialist, you will bridge the gap between complex technology and user needs, ensuring a seamless digital experience for our workforce.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Configure and deploy new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices (iOS/Android) using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to monitor system health and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Conduct regular IT asset audits and hardware inventory checks to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including software upgrades and office relocations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience (minimum 2-4 years required).
- Proven experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
