Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot complex enterprise systems including Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure
- Provide Level 2-3 technical support for 500+ employees across 5 Bay Area offices
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and VPN solutions
- Lead hardware/software deployment projects including virtualization and VoIP systems
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service-level agreement management
- Mentor junior IT staff through regular training sessions and shadowing opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows Server 2019/2022
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM deployment
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proven experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- Excellent troubleshooting methodology and customer communication skills
- Experience managing IT projects with Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
