Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for desktops, servers, and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud services (O365, Azure)
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize IT systems
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery initiatives
- Mentor junior technicians and provide escalated support
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows Server/Client experience
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware/software diagnostics
- Experience supporting high-availability environments
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
