Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and O365 administration
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions (antivirus, EDR)
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Lead IT projects including software rollouts and system upgrades
- Monitor system performance and implement security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in Windows/Enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Intune
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience supporting hybrid work environments
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
