Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and SCCM infrastructure
- Lead hardware/software deployment projects using ITIL methodologies
- Develop and maintain documentation for SOPs and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation
- Train end-users on productivity tools (O365, Teams, VPN)
- Monitor ticket queues in ServiceNow with <2hr SLA adherence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 deployment and management
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure fundamentals)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installation
