Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Manage and resolve complex system outages with minimal disruption to business operations
- Implement and maintain security protocols including endpoint protection and access controls
- Document all IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technologies and system upgrades
- Train end-users on best practices for data security and system usage
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud service management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between company sites
