Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and network infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional troubleshooting for critical incidents and outages
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and automation scripts
- Collaborate with security teams on vulnerability assessments and remediation
- Train junior staff on advanced troubleshooting methodologies
- Manage hardware/software lifecycle deployments and migrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with cloud platforms
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python/Bash)
- Excellent communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders
