Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment including Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange Online
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols for endpoint protection
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Lead IT projects including hardware refresh cycles and software migrations
- Collaborate with vendors for service level agreements and SLA compliance
- Monitor system health using tools like SolarWinds and ServiceNow
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and cloud technologies
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Experience with ITIL framework and service desk operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with customer-first mindset
- Ability to prioritize critical incidents in fast-paced environments
