Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 150+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 infrastructure with zero-trust security protocols
- Lead hardware/software deployments, migrations, and lifecycle management
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
- Document IT processes using Confluence and ServiceNow
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct quarterly training workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with Windows Server 2019+ and Azure
- Expertise in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) using Wireshark
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proven experience with M365 administration and Intune
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
