Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Lead hardware/software deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service-level agreements
- Conduct security audits and implement cybersecurity best practices
- Mentor junior technicians and optimize IT workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows Server/Active Directory
- Expertise in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficient in SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management tools
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/O365)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for hardware installations
