Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS, cloud applications, and mobile devices
- Manage and optimize corporate network infrastructure including VPN, Wi-Fi, and security protocols
- Lead hardware/software deployments and lifecycle management for enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct regular training sessions on new technologies
- Implement proactive monitoring solutions to prevent system outages
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expert-level certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, and either AWS or Azure
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory management
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL best practices
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Valid California driver's license for occasional equipment pickups
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
