Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale foundation models using state-of-the-art architectures (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude).
- RAG Systems: Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to enhance factual accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Performance Optimization: Implement model quantization, pruning, and distillation techniques to ensure high-throughput, low-latency inference.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research by implementing novel algorithms and contributing to open-source communities.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Deployment: Manage the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Language: Fluent in English with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize deep learning workloads.
